Browsing PlayPick

You can browse the public catalogue and articles without creating a PlayPick account. Search terms entered into the library search are sent to the web server as part of the requested address.

Server and security records

Requests may be processed by Cloudflare and by the web server managed through BaoTa. Access and security logs can include an IP address, requested address, request time, browser information, response status and referring page. These records support delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abusive requests.

A fixed log-retention period is not currently published. Retention depends on the server and security-service settings.

Cookies and analytics

A Cloudflare Insights beacon script is present in served pages. It can send page-view and browser performance measurements to Cloudflare; receipt of those metrics in the Cloudflare dashboard has not yet been verified. See the Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation for the purpose of this beacon. The current PlayPick theme does not include GA4 analytics or Google advertising tags. The CMS or security services may use cookies for security or session handling. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

External stores and media

Download buttons open Steam or Google Play. Those services handle their own accounts, downloads, payments and privacy practices. Some product images or videos may load from a store or media provider; your browser then sends a request to that provider, which can receive your IP address and browser information.
